  • Sea salt
  • Fresh thyme, cilantro, or parsley, for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Blend cornflakes, parmesan cheese, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt into fine crumbs.
  • Whisk together eggs and hot sauce; coat chicken tenderloins evenly in this mixture.
  • Dredge chicken in the crunchy coating; place on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
  • Combine honey, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, chipotle chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt in a saucepan and warm on low.

Notes

Using panko breadcrumbs with cornflakes adds extra crunch.
