- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease with olive oil.
- Place haddock fillets skin-side down on the prepared sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the fish flakes easily.
- Melt unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium heat to create brown butter.
- Once brown specks form, remove from heat and whisk.
- Drizzle brown butter over the baked haddock before serving.
Notes
Use fresh fish for the best flavor.
Adjust seasonings to match your taste.
