Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare the pan with parchment and nonstick spray.
- Whisk together dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla until frothy, about 4-5 minutes.
- Fold in mashed bananas and dry ingredients gently.
- Spread batter in the pan and bake for 12-13 minutes until done.
- Cool cake rolled in a powdered sugar-dusted towel.
- Beat cream cheese, light brown sugar, and vanilla for filling.
- Fold in whipped topping until smooth.
- Unroll cooled cake and spread filling evenly.
- Roll cake back up tightly and refrigerate for an hour.
- Serve dusted with powdered sugar and drizzled with caramel.

Ensure the cake is completely cool before adding the filling to maintain texture.
Use a clean, powdered sugar-dusted towel for easier rolling.
