  • 4 cups tortilla strips or tortilla chips

  • salsa, for serving
  • guacamole, for serving
  • salad dressing of your choice

Instructions

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking into pieces and draining excess grease.
  • Stir in tomato sauce and taco seasoning; let simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Layer cut lettuce in a large bowl as the salad base.
  • Add cherry tomatoes, red onion, black beans, corn, and avocado on top.
  • Place the seasoned beef over the veggies and sprinkle tortilla strips or chips for crunch.
