Instructions
- Prepare cream cheese filling by mixing softened cream cheese and sugar until creamy.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine egg, milk, and oil, then blend with dry ingredients.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Fill muffin cups halfway with batter, add cream cheese filling, and top with remaining batter.
- Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
