Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook macaroni according to package instructions.
- Drain and rinse pasta under cold water to prevent mushiness.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, hot sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooled macaroni with the dressing.
- Fold in the roasted red peppers, kale, bacon, relish, and scallions.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
