Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • 1¼ cup mushroom champignon, sliced
  • ½ cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ medium onion, sliced
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp mushroom stock powder
  • ½ tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

  • Marinate chicken with baking soda and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  • Rinse and dry the marinated chicken.
  • Prepare the sauce by mixing dark soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, mushroom stock powder, salt, black pepper, and brown sugar.
  • Sauté minced garlic and sliced onion in heated oil until fragrant.
  • Add diced green bell pepper and sliced mushrooms, cooking until tender.
  • Add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
  • Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables, stir, and simmer for a few minutes.
  • Sprinkle with sliced green onions before serving.
