- 1 lb chicken breast fillet, diced
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- 1¼ cup mushroom champignon, sliced
- ½ cup green bell pepper, diced
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- ½ medium onion, sliced
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp mushroom stock powder
- ½ tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with baking soda and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Rinse and dry the marinated chicken.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing dark soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, mushroom stock powder, salt, black pepper, and brown sugar.
- Sauté minced garlic and sliced onion in heated oil until fragrant.
- Add diced green bell pepper and sliced mushrooms, cooking until tender.
- Add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
- Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables, stir, and simmer for a few minutes.
- Sprinkle with sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
Cut chicken evenly for uniform cooking.
Adjust black pepper to control heat level.
Use fresh, vibrant vegetables for the best flavor.
