- ¾ cup evaporated milk

- 3 tablespoons corn syrup
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Line a square pan with parchment paper and coat with cooking spray.
- In a saucepan, combine evaporated milk, light brown sugar, and corn syrup over medium-low heat, stirring until dissolved.
- Increase heat to medium-high and boil until reaching 230°F on a candy thermometer.
- Remove from heat, add butter, and cool to around 200°F.
- Mix in chopped walnuts until the mixture loses its gloss.
- Pour into the prepared pan and cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
Use a candy thermometer for accurate temperature readings.
Be patient during the cooling process for optimal texture.
Feel free to add different nuts or chocolate chips for variations.
