- ¼ cup water
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature, 1 brick)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ¾ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1½ cups fresh mixed berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- ½ cup fresh kiwi (sliced and peeled)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a 9-inch springform pan with nonstick spray.
- Mix brownie mix, water, vegetable oil, and egg; pour into the pan and bake until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
- Spread the frosting over cooled brownies and top with fresh berries and kiwi.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Using room temperature cream cheese helps in achieving a smooth frosting.
Feel free to experiment with different fruits for toppings, such as bananas or mangoes.
