- 10 individually wrapped caramels, halved lengthwise

Instructions
- Fill a saucepan with vegetable oil halfway and heat.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl for coating.
- Flatten biscuits into circles on a floured surface.
- Add apple pie filling and a piece of caramel to each biscuit circle.
- Pinch edges to seal and roll into balls.
- Fry in heated oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Roll in cinnamon sugar mixture after frying.
- Serve warm and drizzle with caramel topping if desired.
