- ¼ cup cold water
- 15–20 egg roll (or spring roll) wrappers
- Vegetable oil for frying
- ½ cup ketchup
- 2 teaspoons mustard (yellow or Dijon)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Fry bacon until crispy and set aside.
- Sauté onion until translucent, then add garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper; cook until brown.
- Mix in chopped bacon, cheese, and pickles until cheese melts.
- Prepare egg roll wrappers with cornstarch water mixture for sealing.
- Fill wrappers with cheeseburger mixture and roll tightly.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry egg rolls until golden brown.
- Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl and chill.
- Serve warm with dipping sauce.
