Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package directions and set aside.
- Sauté the onions in olive oil until tender and caramelized.
- Brown the cubed beef steak with salt and pepper.
- Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Combine cooked tortellini with the beef mixture, add provolone cheese, and cover until melted.
- Serve hot, optionally garnished with more provolone cheese.
Notes
For tender beef, avoid overcooking.
Fresh provolone cheese enhances the texture.
Consider adding red pepper flakes for some heat.
