- 1/4 cup / 20 g Parmesan, finely grated
- 2 cloves of Garlic, minced/finely diced
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Trim the woody ends off the asparagus.
- Combine asparagus with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Lay seasoned asparagus flat on a baking tray in a single layer.
- Bake at 390°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes until tender.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over the baked asparagus.
- Broil until cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Serve immediately.

Ensure asparagus is fresh for best flavor.
Don’t overcrowd the baking tray to allow proper roasting.
