Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Mix ground beef, garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl until combined.
- Form small patties, placing cheese in the center and sealing to create a ball.
- Roll each ball in grated parmesan cheese.
- Arrange on the baking sheet with space between each.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
