Cheesy Taco Sticks are a delightful mix of seasoned ground beef and gooey cheese wrapped in flaky dough. They’re perfect for sharing at parties or enjoying as a quick weeknight meal.

  • Total Time: 27 minutes
  • Yield: 10 pieces 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix (or homemade taco seasoning)
  • 1 tube Pillsbury Pizza Dough
  • 5 colby jack and cheddar cheese sticks, halved
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare the baking sheet.
  • Cook the ground beef until browned and crumble it. Drain excess fat.
  • Mix in taco seasoning without adding water and let it cool.
  • Roll out the pizza dough, cut it into rectangles.
  • Fill each rectangle with taco meat and a cheese stick, then roll and seal.
  • Make a butter mixture with garlic powder and parsley, brush it over the sticks.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

For added flavor, mix in jalapeños or onions with the ground beef.
Ensure all cheese is enclosed to prevent leakage during baking.
