- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix (or homemade taco seasoning)
- 1 tube Pillsbury Pizza Dough
- 5 colby jack and cheddar cheese sticks, halved
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare the baking sheet.
- Cook the ground beef until browned and crumble it. Drain excess fat.
- Mix in taco seasoning without adding water and let it cool.
- Roll out the pizza dough, cut it into rectangles.
- Fill each rectangle with taco meat and a cheese stick, then roll and seal.
- Make a butter mixture with garlic powder and parsley, brush it over the sticks.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
For added flavor, mix in jalapeños or onions with the ground beef.
Ensure all cheese is enclosed to prevent leakage during baking.
