- ¾ cup mayonnaise

- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the creamy dressing by combining mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- In a large mixing bowl, add broccoli florets and three-quarters of the dressing, stirring to coat.
- Fold in cheddar cheese, cranberries, bacon, sunflower seeds, and red onion.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to meld flavors.
- Serve chilled as a side dish or main course.
Notes
Use fresh broccoli for the best flavor.
Adjust sugar in the dressing to taste.
Chilling overnight enhances the flavor.
