Ingredients

  • 16 large Medjool dates (12 oz.), pitted and soaked
  • 2 cups slivered almonds (8 oz.)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Soak the pitted dates in hot water for 20-30 minutes.
  • Rough chop the slivered almonds.
  • Blend soaked dates, chopped almonds, and chocolate chips in a food processor for about a minute.
  • Add peanut butter, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and salt, then blend until mixed.
  • Form the mixture into 15 balls and place on parchment-lined pan.
