Instructions
- Soak the pitted dates in hot water for 20-30 minutes.
- Rough chop the slivered almonds.
- Blend soaked dates, chopped almonds, and chocolate chips in a food processor for about a minute.
- Add peanut butter, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and salt, then blend until mixed.
- Form the mixture into 15 balls and place on parchment-lined pan.
Notes
Ensure dates are fully softened for easier blending.
Chill the mixture if it feels too sticky before shaping.
Use a cookie scoop for uniform ball sizes.
