- 32 ounces frozen homestyle meatballs
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup pepperoncini juice
- ½ packet Au Jus seasoning
- ½ packet ranch seasoning
- 4 pepperoncini peppers
- 4 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Combine water and pepperoncini juice with Au Jus and ranch seasoning in a measuring cup.
- Layer frozen meatballs in the slow cooker and pour the sauce mixture over them.
- Add whole pepperoncini peppers and pat butter over the meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Stir before serving and enjoy.
Notes
For richer flavor, brown the meatballs before slow cooking.
Adjust ranch seasoning to your taste.
Be cautious with pepperoncini if you prefer a milder flavor.
