Instructions
- Rinse strawberries, cut off stems, and slice in half.
- Hollow out each half with a melon baller.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Fold whipped cream into cheese mixture.
- Pipe filling into hollowed strawberries.
- Garnish with graham cracker crumbs.
