- 1 tsp oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
- 1/2 tsp dried garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried onion powder
- 1 tsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 lb asparagus, tough ends trimmed (alternatively, spears of zucchini)
- 1/4 tsp salt (for asparagus)
- 1/2 tsp oil (optional for asparagus)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
- Trim steak and cut into 3/4 inch cubes. Mix oil and spices in a ziplock bag, then add steak and coat evenly.
- Spray air fryer basket with nonstick spray. Cook steak cubes for 4-6 minutes, checking for doneness.
- Toss asparagus with oil and salt. Add to air fryer after steak is cooked and grill for an additional 3 minutes.

Notes
Trim excess fat from steak for tenderness.
Avoid overcrowding the air fryer for even cooking.
