  • 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • Garnish (optional): scallions, sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Cook jasmine rice according to package directions.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and brown the lean ground beef for 8-10 minutes.
  • Mix brown sugar, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sriracha, ginger, and garlic into the browned beef.
  • Add chopped red bell pepper to the beef mixture and sauté until tender.
