Instructions
- Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Mix in milk, egg, and melted butter until batter is smooth and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pot to 350°F.
- Coat each Oreo in batter and carefully place in hot oil.
- Fry for about 2 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels; dust with powdered sugar before serving.
