These bites offer a fun twist on a classic dessert, combining creamy bananas and strawberries with smooth dairy-free chocolate. Quick and healthy, they’re perfect for snacks or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 1/8 cup coconut butter
  • 1 banana, sliced into 1/4" thick rounds
  • 1 pint strawberries, sliced into 1/4" thick rounds
  • 1/3 cup chopped roasted almonds

Instructions

  • Line a mini muffin tin with wrappers and coat with cooking spray.
  • Melt chocolate chips and coconut butter in a double boiler until smooth.
  • Add a thin layer of melted chocolate to the bottom of each muffin cup.
  • Place slices of banana and strawberry atop the chocolate layer.
  • Encapsulate fruit with another layer of melted chocolate.
  • Sprinkle chopped almonds over the top of each bite.
  • Freeze for at least two hours until chocolate hardens.
  • Allow to thaw for a few minutes before enjoying.
