- 2–4 pounds baby potatoes, diced
- 2–6 tablespoons salted butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herb blend
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Combine softened butter, minced garlic, and dried Italian herbs in a bowl.
- Season steaks with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat skillet, add olive oil, and sear steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Sauté diced potatoes in the same skillet for 3-5 minutes until browned.
- Push potatoes to one side, add steaks to the other, and cook in oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Top steaks and potatoes with garlic butter mixture and stir to coat.
Notes
