- ½ cup finely grated parmesan cheese
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional, for serving)
- 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 2-inch strips
- 2 teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Melt the butter and mix in garlic, parmesan cheese, lemon zest and juice, salt, and red pepper flakes.
- Prepare skewers by threading chicken thigh strips and seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Baste skewers with garlic parmesan butter sauce on all sides.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F and cook skewers for 15 minutes, basting every 5 minutes.
- Serve with remaining butter sauce poured over and garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.

You can grill the skewers for a smokier flavor.
