Instructions

- Incorporate evaporated milk gradually.
- Pour filling into the pie crust and spread evenly.

- Allow to cool completely and top with whipped cream before serving.
Notes
For a richer chocolate taste, add a pinch of espresso powder.
Do not overbake; the filling firms as it cools.
