Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until fluffy.
  • Mix in the egg, vanilla extract, white vinegar, whole milk, and green food coloring until smooth.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  • Fold in white chocolate chips if desired.
  • Scoop dough onto the baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart, and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
