- ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ¼ cup heavy cream (hot and steaming)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F and prepare the pan with non-stick spray and parchment paper.
- Sift dry ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.
- Beat sugar, eggs, and egg yolks on high until light and fluffy.
- Mix melted butter, oil, and vanilla into the egg mixture.
- Fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture and incorporate chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45-55 minutes.
- Prepare salted caramel by melting sugar and adding butter, cream, vanilla, and salt.
- Make chocolate ganache by heating cream and mixing with chocolate chips until smooth.
- Cut cooled brownies into heart shapes, frost with ganache, and drizzle with caramel.
