- 2 teaspoons whole grain or Dijon mustard
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, and mustard in a medium bowl.
- Add smashed capers, lemon juice, and dill pickle juice. Mix well.
- Fold in chopped fresh chives.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Let the sauce rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
