  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2–3 cups green leaf lettuce, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup julienned carrots
  • 1 small cucumber, cubed
  • Dill pickle chips, to taste
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish
  • 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, honey, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add sriracha if desired and whisk.
  • Prepare chicken tenders according to package instructions, using an air fryer for extra crispiness.
  • Mix lettuce, carrots, and cucumber in a bowl. Drizzle half of the dressing over, toss to coat.
  • Spread dressing on a tortilla, layer cheese, bacon, dressed salad, chicken strips, pickle chips, and green onions.
  • Fold shorter sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom to top.
