Instructions
- Whisk sweetened matcha powder with ¼ cup water until dissolved.
- Fill a glass with ice, pour matcha mixture, and add oat milk slowly for layered effect.
- In a jar, mix ¾ cup 2% milk, ¼ cup heavy cream, 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup, and 1 tablespoon lavender powder. Shake well.
- Froth or blend this mixture until light foam forms.
- Grind culinary-grade dried lavender into powder.
- Combine lavender powder with sugar, black currant powder, salt, and optional soy lecithin.
- Process until finely powdered. Store until ready to use.
