Ingredients

  • 2 oz blonde espresso or strongly brewed coffee
  • 1 tablespoon lavender powder (or lavender syrup)
  • Ice
  • 10 oz oat milk (barista style recommended)
  • ¼ cup culinary-grade dried lavender
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 ½ teaspoon black currant powder (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon soy lecithin powder (optional)

Instructions

  • Brew the blonde espresso or coffee and set aside to cool slightly.
  • Combine cooled espresso with lavender powder in a glass, stirring well.
  • Fill the glass with ice, leaving space for oat milk.
  • Pour oat milk slowly to create a lovely swirl.
  • Grind dried lavender in a grinder until fine powder.
  • Mix lavender powder, sugar, black currant powder, salt, and soy lecithin in a bowl.
  • Pulse the mixture in the grinder again until fine and store.

Notes

Make sure lavender powder is finely ground for the best flavor.
