Instructions

- Drain and wring out excess water from the potatoes using a tea towel.
- Combine the wrung-out potatoes with melted butter, sea salt, and garlic powder.
- Spread seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
- Broil on low for 3-5 minutes for extra crispiness.
