Instructions
- Prepare a 9×5 loaf pan by greasing or lining it with parchment paper.
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix almond flour, sweetener, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Stir in yogurt or coconut cream, lemon juice, eggs, and lemon zest until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan evenly.
- Bake for about 50 minutes, checking with a toothpick for doneness.
- Allow cooling completely in the pan before removing.
