- 2 pounds of chicken wings
- 1 cup oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Coat wings in marinade and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare baking sheet.
- Bake wings for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Heat remaining marinade in a saucepan until thickened.
- Coat baked wings in sauce and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve hot with optional sides.
Notes
For the best flavor, marinate wings overnight.
