- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries, plus 1/4 cup for topping
- 1 can (17.5 oz) Pillsburyâ„¢ Grands!â„¢ refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract and fold in blueberries.
- Pipe cream cheese mixture into cinnamon rolls and place in a greased pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Microwave icing and mix in lemon juice.
- Drizzle icing over rolls and garnish with lemon zest and blueberries.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
Add a dash of cinnamon for extra flavor.
Frozen blueberries can be used; ensure they are thawed.
