- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then add vanilla extract and fold in mashed blueberries.
- Transfer the mixture to a piping bag.
- Unroll the cinnamon rolls, fill with the cream cheese mixture, and reroll tightly.
- Place rolls in the greased pan and bake for 15-18 minutes.
- Microwave icing for 5-10 seconds, stir in lemon juice.
- Drizzle lemon icing over warm rolls and top with lemon zest and fresh blueberries.
- Cool slightly before serving.
