- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 lemon, zested
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix kosher salt, black pepper, and olive oil in a bowl, then rub over salmon fillets.
- Sprinkle dill, parsley, and lemon zest over the fillets and gently press down.
- Place salmon on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until flaky.
- Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
Use fresh salmon for the best flavor.
Avoid overcooking; check for doneness around the 12-minute mark.
