- Tajin seasoning, for the rim and garnish
- Sliced mango, for serving
- Tamarind stick, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Rim a tall glass with Tajin.
- Blend mango chunks, coconut water (or milk), lime juice, and ice until smooth.
- Layer the mango mixture with chamoy sauce in the prepared glass.
- Top with sliced mango and Tajin.
- Garnish with a tamarind stick if desired.
Notes
Use ripe mangoes for the best flavor.
Adjust chamoy to taste for desired tanginess.
