Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 4 skewers

Instructions

  • Combine soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, lime juice, Sriracha sauce, minced garlic, and chopped cilantro in a bowl to make the marinade.
  • Add chicken pieces to the marinade, coat well, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes.
  • Thread marinated chicken onto skewers evenly.
  • Preheat grill to medium heat, grill skewers for 7-8 minutes each side until cooked through.
