- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 4 skewers
Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, lime juice, Sriracha sauce, minced garlic, and chopped cilantro in a bowl to make the marinade.
- Add chicken pieces to the marinade, coat well, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers evenly.
- Preheat grill to medium heat, grill skewers for 7-8 minutes each side until cooked through.
Notes
For best flavor, marinate chicken overnight.
Ensure grill is preheated for the best sear.
Use fresh lime juice for optimal taste.
