Instructions

- Combine dry and wet mixtures, mixing on low until dough forms.
- Wrap dough in plastic and chill for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare baking sheets.
- Scoop dough, roll into balls, and coat with granulated sugar.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes until edges are set.
- Allow cookies to rest on baking sheet before cooling on wire rack.
