Rainbow Jello is a vibrant and fun dessert that combines colorful layers of fruity flavors with a creamy twist. It’s easy to make and a hit for parties!

Ingredients

  • 3 oz package of the following Jello flavors (1 each): Strawberry, Orange, Lemon, Berry Blue, Grape
  • 5½ tsp unflavored gelatin (approximately 2 packets)
  • 1½ oz (14 oz can) sweetened condensed milk, divided
  • 9 cups boiling water, divided

Instructions

  • Combine Jello flavor with unflavored gelatin and mix.
  • Add boiling water and stir until dissolved.
  • Cool and pour into a baking dish.
  • Refrigerate to set for 30-45 minutes.
  • Mix condensed milk and boiling water with dissolved gelatin.
  • Cool and layer over the first set Jello layer.
  • Repeat layering process with remaining colors and white layer.
  • Chill thoroughly for at least 4 hours.
  • Cut Jello into squares and serve.

Notes

Ensure each layer is set before adding the next for best results.
You can use different flavored Jellos for variety.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
