Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  • Cut radishes in half lengthwise.
  • Arrange cut side down in a 9 x 13-inch rimmed baking dish.
  • Drizzle melted butter and sprinkle seasonings over radishes, tossing gently.
  • Roast for about 20 minutes or until fork-tender.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
