Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Cut radishes in half lengthwise.
- Arrange cut side down in a 9 x 13-inch rimmed baking dish.
- Drizzle melted butter and sprinkle seasonings over radishes, tossing gently.
- Roast for about 20 minutes or until fork-tender.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
