- ½ log goat cheese, at room temperature
- 3 large eggs
- ½ pound boiled shrimp, chopped

- â…“ pound crawfish tails
- 5 green onions, thinly sliced
- Cajun seasoning to taste
- Old Bay seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9-inch springform pan with butter.
- Mix crumbled butter crackers and press into the bottom of the pan to form a crust.
- Blend softened cream cheese and goat cheese until creamy, then add eggs one at a time.
- Fold in chopped seafood, green onions, and seasonings.
- Pour mixture over crust, wrap pan in foil, and add water to the baking dish.
- Bake for 25 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to serving dish.
