- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

- 1 cup low sodium beef broth
- 4 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and cook the ground beef until brown.
- Add chopped onion and diced green bell pepper, sauté until the onion softens.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture, stir, then add ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and beef broth. Simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Mix in cubed Velveeta and shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Sprinkle additional cheddar cheese on top and broil until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately with dippers.
Notes
Using extra lean ground beef helps maintain a lighter dip.
