- 1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate chips or chunks
- 4 graham crackers (broken in half)

- 8 large marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream butter with dark brown sugar and white sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until fluffy.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt together; gradually combine with wet ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
- On a baking sheet, assemble graham crackers, top with chocolate and marshmallows.
- Cover the marshmallows with dough to form large cookies.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
