- 2 tbsp garlic-infused olive oil (or 2 tbsp olive oil + 2 minced garlic cloves)
- 8 oz (about 2 ½ cups) frozen spinach
- 4 oz (112 g) cream cheese
- 40 g (about ½ cup) shredded parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp Kosher salt
- ¼ tsp cracked black pepper
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- ¼ tsp mustard powder
- A pinch of ground nutmeg
- ½ recipe Easy Same-Day Pizza Dough
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 oz (about 1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 oz (about 176 g) artichoke hearts, roughly chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 500°F (260°C).
- Prepare a baking sheet for the pizza.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine olive oil, frozen spinach, cream cheese, parmesan, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, mustard powder, and nutmeg. Stir until well mixed and creamy.
- Shape the pizza dough by hand-stretching or rolling it out.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the dough, then add dollops of spinach dip and artichoke hearts.
- Bake for 16-22 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Ensure the oven is fully preheated for the best crust.
Be mindful of the toppings to maintain a crispy base.
Fresh spinach can be used for a different flavor.
