Instructions

- Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheet, leaving space between scoops.
- Bake for 11-12 minutes until edges are set, then cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat mascarpone until creamy, then mix with whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until thick.
- Frost cooled cookies with mascarpone cream and dust with cocoa powder.
