  • 4 Large Croissants or 8 Mini Croissants
  • 8 Slices of Havarti Cheese
  • 16 Slices of Turkey
  • 4 Tablespoons of Apricot Jelly

  • ½ Cup of Arugula or Microgreens
  • 2 Tablespoons of Butter
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • Honey

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Slice each croissant in half horizontally.
  • Spread apricot jelly and honey mustard on each half.
  • Layer a slice of Havarti cheese and 4 slices of turkey on the bottom half.
  • Add arugula or microgreens.
  • Assemble the sandwich by placing the tops back on.
  • Brush melted butter on top and sprinkle with Everything Bagel seasoning.
  • Bake for about 5 minutes until the cheese melts and tops are golden.
