- 4 Large Croissants or 8 Mini Croissants
- 8 Slices of Havarti Cheese
- 16 Slices of Turkey
- 4 Tablespoons of Apricot Jelly
- 4 Tablespoons of Honey Mustard
- ½ Cup of Arugula or Microgreens
- 2 Tablespoons of Butter
- Everything Bagel Seasoning
- Honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Slice each croissant in half horizontally.
- Spread apricot jelly and honey mustard on each half.
- Layer a slice of Havarti cheese and 4 slices of turkey on the bottom half.
- Add arugula or microgreens.
- Assemble the sandwich by placing the tops back on.
- Brush melted butter on top and sprinkle with Everything Bagel seasoning.
- Bake for about 5 minutes until the cheese melts and tops are golden.
